Our client is a health and wellness app company that is really taking off with consumers (revenue has grown 20x in the past few years). The company is super focused on the wellness of their employees too as they have a chef that cooks healthy gourmet meals, onsite yoga and unique culture that celebrates the individual. This explosive sales acceleration has created a need for a star Accounting Manger to be a key point person for continued growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage, inspire and teach the stud staff and senior accountants
Help implement NetSuite
Run point on quarterly financial reporting and footnote disclosures
Prepare management reports and comments, investor files, and decks
Partner with the business find areas for process improvement and automation
Help with documentation/implementation of internal controls
Review the month end close and ensure that journal entries are tight and submitted on schedule.
Financial analysis of cash flow, and growth on a monthly, quarterly and yearly

Requirements:

CPA with experience in public accounting and a startup. Consideration will be given to straight public stars experienced with hyper-growth public or private clients or straight private CPAs who have helped a Unicorn go public.
IPO experience A+
6+ years of experience. If you have less years of experience, apply anyway as we have Senior roles to share at the same firm.
