This is a newly created position designed to take ownership of all aspects of global accounting and performance reporting and help the company scale and continue growing.

What you’ll do:

Produce weekly and monthly key performance indicator analyses.
Maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP and company standards.
Oversee internal and external financial reporting, including lender reporting.
Primary liaison to the auditors during financial and operational audits.
Direct and coordinate monthly closing process and ensure accurate preparation of supporting schedules for quarterly reviews and the annual financial statement audit.
Prepare annual operating budget and supporting details.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor management and liquidity.
Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with others to achieve efficiencies.
Work collaboratively with the management team, using strong analytical and appropriate influence skills, to gain consensus as needed.
Partner with the CFO to support rapid growth

Who you are:

CPA required (or several parts passed with completion in sight), MBA preferred.
5+ years' work experience with demonstrated accounting and financial analysis experience.
Strong background in US GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis.
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel required.
Ability to effectively influence and drive consensus between cross-functional teams, manage projects, and interact with senior management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and understand large amounts of data to support decision-making.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to persuasively convey critical elements of complex issues.
