A Miami based hospitality owner, developer and manager, in business for over 35 years and recently refocused on creating high end and trendy diverse lifestyle experiences is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting with strong accounting and management skills and the ability to grow along with the company’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial oversight of multiple properties
• Monthly reporting including creating financial statements, balance sheet, cash flow
• Prepare quarterly investor reports
• Get involved with high level functions that oversee payroll and HR
• Work with property level accountants and general managers to ensure entities are in good financial standing
• Implement cost control measures
• Oversight of inventory management

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 8+ years of hospitality accounting experience with at least 4 years in a management/ oversight position
• Self-starter with energy and drive to continue to grow their career
• Real estate/ Hospitality finance experience and/ or acumen for rapid advancement a plus
• BS. in Accounting
• MBA a plus
