A well-known REIT, is looking for an Investment analyst to support the Executive Vice President

Responsibilities

•             Provide analytical support to the investment team

•             Create detailed financial models.

•             Work with different to create recommendations on tactical plans.

•             Analytics relating to portfolio operations including real estate tax appeals and operating costs.

•             Draft investment memos.

•             Go to networking, industry and market functions.

Qualifications

•             1-3 years of analytical experience

•             Prepared to work on wide-ranging projects

•             Attention to detail.

•             BS/BA required.
