- Supervise, develop and retain property platform’s US GAAP and IFRS policies and procedures
- Collaborate with regional controllers to inform them of any upcoming new standards and impact to their reporting
- Knowledgeable about the differences on US GAAP and IFRS
- Comprehensive purchase price allocation for acquisitions
- Collaborate closely with businesses on purchase price accounting and depending on the acquisition, deliver guidance or formulate fully supporting purchase price accounting documentation for internal review

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with strong GPA
- 4-8 years of related experience, preferably with a mix of public/private
- CPA required (or global equivalent)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
