Senior Associate, Technology Advisor

Our client, an accounting and management consultant firm, is looking for a motivated individual to work next to Managers in servicing early to middle stage tech and media startups.


  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for clients.
  • Create financial statements, adjust journal entries, and review accruals.
  • Manage the bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Maintain client ledgers, accounting schedules, and balance sheet items.
  • Assist with new accounting system implementation for clients.
  • Perform financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience. GAAP experience highly preferred.
  • Accounting and financial analysis knowledge. Strong background in financial statements and general ledgers.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Early start up experience preferred.
