Our client a nationally renowned REIT which has historically been a training ground for some of the top executives in the industry is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible internal reporting, quarterly SEC reporting and Joint Venture reporting.

Responsibilities

· Review and prepare monthly budgets

· External joint venture financial reporting

· Own the month end close for select properties

· Interface with the internal and external auditors

· Ad hoc company level analysis and special projects as needed

· Quarterly forecasting and trend analysis

Qualifications

· Strong analytical skills

· Interpersonal and written communication skills are a must

· Candidate must be able to multitask under tight deadlines.

· CPA preferred

· 2-5 years of accounting experience from either a Real Estate company or a CPA firm
