Our Client, a premier real estate firm, is looking for a Vice President to focus on real estate development acquisition activities to oversee investment performance. Responsibilities

Aside from reporting directly into the CEO, COO main responsibilities include
• Create and maintain a strong real estate development chain
• Make sure all development projects are designed, financed and constructed in a accordance with compliance
• Handle the financial budget and provide underwriting assumptions
• Give advice and recommendations for all Projects Managers regarding development regards
• Liase and locate roles within projects and ensure performance standards
• Work on development related issues within projects
• Enhance team efficiency by encouraging communication between cross-functional team

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience within real estate development
• Master Degree in Real Estate Management, or Finance required
• Experience in transaction, deal-to-deal closure, acquisitions
• Supervision and coordination experience of teams
• Track record of development projects
• Efficiency enforcing leader
• Knowledge of state regulations and policies related to development issues
