Highly successful Private Equity Credit Fund seeks an Assistant Controller to take the lead on all things Financial for multiple complex entities including a business development company. Incredible exposure to the front office in the growth area for Asset Management. Upward mobility is tremendous as the position is open due to an internal promotion.

Some of the things you will do include:

• Drive end-to-end accuracy and completeness of filing requirements for certain public and private entities
• Analyze liquidity, regulatory considerations and accounting provided by fund admins
• Provide oversight of dividends, distributions and taxes
• Work with the front office with regards to structuring new deals
• Provide balance sheet and income statement analytics
• Review valuation models, asset/liability needs and internal controls
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and ad hoc financial analysis

Requirements:

• CPA
• 4+ years of experience in Asset Management, bonus points for BDCs/Credit
• Superior communication and Excel skills
• Team player who’s comfortable with ambiguity
• Knack for financial systems and process improvements

Base salary will likely be between 125k and 165k + a generous bonus
